Pigment Powder
Pigment powder product is in a fine powdery form, formulated with various types of pigments in an appropriate proportion to achieve customers’ need. All the pigments are treated well before production to assure good dispersion in plastic products.
Our pigment powder product is compatible with a wide range of plastic materials namely LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, GPPS, ABS, HIPS, SAN, POM, PMMA, NYLON, PVC, PC, PET etc. and can be used in many applications.
We also provide toy and food contact grade pigment powder for toy and food packaging industry. Those pigment powder are certified by authorized institution.
In addition, we offer a wide range of plastic additives in order to modify or/and improve some characteristics of plastic products as desired. These plastic additives can be mixed into the pigment powder formulation or can be added separately.
- UV Additives: Commonly used for outdoor, sun exposure applications.
- Anti-Static Agents: Used for minimizing static electricity and to minimize dust accumulation on the surface of plastic products.
- Anti-Microbial Agents: Used for inhibiting the growth of microorganism such as bacteria, fungi and algae on the surface of plastic products. Commonly used for sanitary ware.
